Game Terms of Use
1. About the game
First in First out is a mobile multiplayer game. Use is voluntary and free of charge.
2. Using the game
You can create rooms, invite friends and play online. The game requires an internet connection for networked features.
3. Technical requirements
The game runs on Android devices and in the browser (if a web version is provided). We do not guarantee operation on all configurations.
4. Login and account
The game supports Google API login โ this facilitates sync and account identification. Details on stored data are in the Privacy Policy section.
5. Conduct rules
Abuse of the game is prohibited โ cheating, spamming, attacking servers or disrupting other players. Violations may result in access restrictions or bans.
6. Payments
The application contains no purchases or subscriptions.
7. Liability
The game is provided "as is". We are not liable for connection loss, downtime, or indirect damages.

Privacy Policy โ First in First out
1. Data controller
The data controller is a private individual (the game developer) โ contact: contact@xofifo.pl.
2. What data we collect
When users sign in via Google API we store the following information in our database (Firebase):
- Google ID (unique user identifier)
- Name / profile name
- Email address
These data are used for account identification, progress synchronization and correct functioning of online features.
3. Third-party services
We use the following services:
- Firebase (Authentication, Firestore/Realtime DB, Analytics, Crashlytics)
- Google API (Google Sign-In)
- Planned: Google Ads / AdMob (ads)
These providers may process technical data (e.g. device identifiers, crash logs, analytics). Processing is governed by the providers' privacy policies.
4. Cookies & identifiers
The app uses technical cookies and standard identifiers (e.g. advertising IDs) required for session management and ad display. We do not perform profiling beyond what is required by ad providers.
5. Legal basis for processing
Account-related processing is necessary for providing the service (performance of a contract) and for legitimate interests (app improvement, error reporting).
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers (Firebase, Google/AdMob) only as necessary to provide the service.
7. Storage period
Account data (ID, name, email) are stored as long as the account exists or until deletion is requested by the user. Technical logs and analytics are retained according to provider settings.
8. Your rights

9. Ads & personalization
If Google Ads (AdMob) is enabled, ads may use advertising identifiers. You can turn off ad personalization in your device settings.
10. Security
We use standard security measures available in Firebase and server-side practices. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect data.

The policy may be updated; changes will be posted here with a new update date.
